HBO GO not working

I have been an unlimited (with free HBO +Watch TV) customer for several months now. I have not had a problem with the HBO GO app service until 5 days ago when suddenly I was prompted to sign in. I have tried several times via firestick, tablet and iphone, cleared my cache, reinstalled the app ect. Each attempt I am given the same error message " we are having trouble verifying your account...." "sorry we can't sign you in right now".
