Frustrated

The AT&T Thanks app has NOT been working since the clock strikes 12pm ET.  Therefore, I cannot claim any free gifts. This is the 3rd time this app has gone black - nothing is showing on the screen.  The last couple of times this happened, the app did not come back online until evening hours. Horrible and questionable Thanksgiving from AT&T.

At what point exactly does your app go black with nothing showing on the screen? Does this occur immediately, before you're able to sign in, after successfully signing in, or after completing a specific task within the application? Please let us know. My problem occurred immediately before the sign-in. Moreover, usually when I open up the AT&T Thanks app, it automatically comes online.  How inconveniently, during the Visa giveaways the app had technical loading issues for hours.

Thank you for informing us. We're sorry to hear that you were previously having trouble. Are you still experiencing this same issue with the AT&T THANKS app before you're able to sign in? If so, please try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hope this helps!
