Family map update

My family map app updated yesterday. I cannot get into the app now. It just goes in a loop telling me to go to play store to update. Play store says it is already updated. I have also tried unloading app and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work

We recommend clearing the app cache and data prior to uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
