Hello @Brucekaufm,
We can definitely provide you with some more information about AT&T THANKS Event Access. Any tickets that were redeemed should be available for immediate download if they failed to email correctly at least 72 hours prior to the event date. In some instances, the tickets may be reserved for you at will-call on the day of the event. If this was the case, you should have been notified via email within 48 hours. More tickets are made available every Friday at 12:00 p.m. ET. If you have any additional troubles with AT&T THANKS Event Access, please let us know.
