Call Protect Is Sending My Contacts to Voicemail!

Anyone else having an issue with your contacts being blocked when using the Call Protect Plus - Custom call settings - Unknown Numbers - Send to Voicemail? I know of at least two contacts that keep getting sent to voicemail even though I have them in my contacts. I even tried adding the county code to the number but it did not resolve the issue. The only way calls come through is if I set it to "Allow" unknown numbers, which I'd rather not do. I get too many calls try to "help" me with my "current credit card account".

Hello @annoyed812.

We want to help you use Call Protect! You can report a number as Not Spam from within the app. Click on the number from the Call Log, then click Report and follow the steps submit the feedback. You can find out more about how to Manage Call Protect on our website. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks for reaching out!

I must not have been clear. I have no questions on how to use the app, but
the app is sending some of my contacts to voicemail when send unknown
numbers to voicemail is enabled. They are known to me.

I completely agree with annoyed. I used to enjoy the app but now every single call I get goes directly to voice mail when I use it. I now have iPhone 12 and thought to give it a try again and my family and friends are blocked. I remove the app from my phone and they continue to be blocked. Something was changed at some point and this app is now more of an annoyance than it is a help
