Call protect app Errors out

 Call protect app froze on my iPhone 7. I deleted it and reinstalled it. It will send me a text with a verification code. After I’ve entered the code I continue and then the app hangs up. It says the service is not available right now. Try again later. This is been happening for two days.

Let's look into that for you, @PNWrain!

 

There are a couple of steps you can take to try to resolve your experience. First, verify that your phone is up to date with the latest software.

 

Second, make sure no other apps are opened when running the Call Protect feature on your device. To force an app to quit or stop it from running in the background simply double-click on the Home button to access the new app switcher or multitasking tray and then swipe up on the app that you want to close. It's possible to simultaneously close multiple apps (3 apps at max) by using multiple fingers.

I tried same thing today. Same issue. Tried the above suggestions and it’s still not working. I was already a paid plus member and it just up and stopped. I deleted app and reinstalled and still nothing.

I finally talked to their tech-support and they had to mess with it for a long time on their end. They finally got it working.

What did they do?  I just got off phone with Support and it’s still not working 😕
