Attached locker won't open since the update

I keep getting an error message when I try to open my locker. It says...hmm we hit a snag and can't connect to locker right now. Double check you data connection and try again. I try using both 4G and wifi, same result and then locker just shuts down. Any clue as to what's going on?

Hi @Kealzzz,

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums! We definitely apologize that you are having issues with the AT&T Locker application. We want to make sure that our customers are content with the service and features that we offer. We understand the frustration that having a non-working application on the device can cause!

Are you having the error message through both the phone device and on a PC?

On the phone, we can recommend a few troubleshooting tips:

1.      Clear the cache on the application.
2.      Check for mobile device software/OS updates to ensure you are using the most current version.
3.      It is not typically recommended, and is mostly a last resort, but you may also uninstall/reinstall the app and test accessing the application again.

Through the PC, we recommend:

1.      Ensure the PC has Flash Player 10 or higher.
2.      If you are using Internet Explorer, we suggest using Mozilla Firefox (best) or Google Chrome.
3.      Clear cache, cookies, and browsing history and try accessing the AT&T Locker once more.
4.      If you are attempting to access the website from your work location, there will more than likely be a firewall issue.

If you are still having troubles with the AT&T Locker, please don’t hesitate to send us a private message with your full name and phone number. We will be able to troubleshoot the device with you.

Thank you for choosing AT&T for your wireless services! Hope this helps!
