Att thanks ticket twosday not connecting to Fandango

This is the 2nd Tuesday in a row I am trying to use the att thanks app to purchase movie tickets for Ticket Twosday. After selecting a movie and time and selecting get tickets it is still not connecting to Fandango. It just stays on the white screen I've attached here. 20191001_143030.jpgWill not move past this screen to connect with Fandango

Works on my desktop pc but not my android phone. What the heck att?!
