At&T Thanks App

This is really frustration. I can’t log into my At&T thanks app. I’ve reset my password sooo many times. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t login. And the app doesn’t have someone I can reach out to regarding this problem!! And FYI I was able to login about a week or so ago. Where the heck is the help on this topic?

We hate to hear that you're having issues with signing onto the AT&T Thanks App. We'd like to figure out why you're not able to login.

 

  • Have you gotten a error message whenever you attempted to logon to the Thanks app?
  • Are you aware of anyone else who may also have the same issue as you?
