At&T Thanks App
This is really frustration. I can’t log into my At&T thanks app. I’ve reset my password sooo many times. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t login. And the app doesn’t have someone I can reach out to regarding this problem!! And FYI I was able to login about a week or so ago. Where the heck is the help on this topic?

I keep on getting the error: Authentication error: Customer profile -1004 - the server is currently unavailable when using a firefox web browser. The same message when using a android 10 phone: 401 - the server is currently unavailable
