AT&T Thanks App

I can not log into  my AT&T Thanks app I keep getting account  can not be found when I try to talk or chat with someone they do not understand  that I am talking about the AT&T Thanks app they keep thinking I am asking about the My AT&T app.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand that you're experiencing troubles with signing into the Thanks app. Are you seeing any error codes associated with the error message? Most login issues are related to not using the correct AT&T user ID. If you don't have one, you can view this page to learn how to create one. 

 

If you feel you forgot your user ID, or password, you'll need to access Login Help from the My Account tab. Scroll to the section, What do I do if I forgot my User ID or Password. Click Tap Here and follow the instructions. Let us know if this helps!

I keep getting account not found with one log in information (my registered user account) and internal server error with the main account. I can log into it on a computer and see everything in both accounts just having issues with the App. on my new Galaxy S9+ if that helps any.

We recommend to try resolving your experience by clearing the app's cache and data prior to uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.

@ATTCares it didnt work. still i keep getting msg as Authentication error: Customer profile -1001 unable to retrieve all accounts
