Anyone else not able to use the At&t thanks app to buy movie tickets?

We would recommend checking for app updates with the AT&T Thanks app. If that doesn't help, you can access the AT&T Thanks/Promotions to redeem available tickets at participating theaters.

@ATTCares it didnt work.. it says Authentication error: Customer profile -1001 unable to retrieve all accounts
