AT&T Mobile Security App not working on my new iPhone 12 Pro 

When I click on the continue tab I receive this message

The System is Currently Unavailable 

Try Again Later

Error Code : SN1

Let's look into why AT&T Mobile Security is having difficulty installing on your new iPhone 12 Pro.

 

First, power off the device for several seconds before powering it back on again.

 

If your experience persists despite the first step you will want to verify the software and update to the carrier version if available:

  1. Tap Settings, then General.
  2. Tap About.
  3. If a Carrier update is available, you'll be prompted to install it.
  4. If the iOS version and the current software update details match, the device has the latest software.
  5. For additional help, visit Apple Support: Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.

I tried the solution that you suggested and I even deleted then redownloaded the app

And I got the same results as mentioned above  I am running ios 14.1

Maybe there is an issue with this app?  

Because I just upgraded to Security Plus And I'd like to use it

Or I have to go back to the free version

Since the iPhone 12 is a new release, it is possible the application is not well optimized as yet. We recommend you try again in about 24 hours.

While you are waiting, we recommend you use our troubleshooting tool to attempt fixing the application.

Had a similar problem and also tried reinstalling where I continued to have the issue, turned off my wireless connection so I used my phones data, and the app connected without issues.

I am having the EXACT same issue on my iPhone 12 Pro. I've tried on data and wifi. I've removed and reinstalled the app. I've reset network settings.

Same issue as well. App worked fine on my iPhone 11pro but won’t work on my 12pro. I add my phone number, then add the verification code from AT&T... I get a “hang tight” message that it will only take a moment but I am then returned to the add phone number screen. It just keeps cycling this way. 

I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, rebooting phone, turning off 5G Auto and turning on LGE, turning off WiFi and to no avail. Issue persists.

I had the same issue with the app not working on my iPhone 12. I had to turn off my iPhone’s WiFi, turn on cellular for mobile security, then go back and hit continue on the mobile security app. It went through the activation process, I followed steps on screen, and now it is working. I hope this helps. Just a consumer experiencing the same issue.

Still broken and AT&T is still sending me text messages recommending that I download and install the app.   Kinda like going to a car dealer and having them wanting you to take a test drive and the car won't start.  Any word from AT&T?

So I followed deu4you's adivce and got the app up and running, thank you.

Without a paid subscription, it really doesn't do anything so I deleted it.
