Att app is not working
The att app keeps idling when I try to click on the quick links. How can this be fixed? I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice already."

Using the myAT&T app is a great way to manage your account! I can understand how inconvenient it would be not to access your account when you want to. I would be happy to assist you with this today.
Thank you for letting me know the troubleshooting you have already tried, it helps! We have a great support page for troubleshooting all apps if you are using an Android. If you are using an iPhone you can use our Device Support page. Choose your correct iPhone then go to Tutorials>Apps & Web.
For further assistance, our Troubleshoot the myAT&T app page will give details on what to try and where to go, specifically for the myAT&T app.
