Active Armor

cannot get an active armor icon on any screen

Hello @Hanshi_, we want to see why you're unable to get the AT&T Active Armor icon on any screen on your device. 


Be advised, to use AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security, you must have:

  • AT&T Wireless or AT&T PREPAID service.
  • iPhone 6 or newer with iOS version 12+ or higher or an Android smartphone with OS 11+ or higher purchased through AT&T
  • HD Voice enabled.

FYI: If you have a business account, check with your account manager for eligibility and requirement details.


To successfully set up AT&T Active Armor on your device, you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Download the app from the App store or Google Play store.
  2. Open the app and tap Next or Get Started.
  3. Choose your level of service: Free or Advanced.
  4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
