Hi, @obryanp.

If you don't have a VetRewards card, visit an AT&T store with one of these IDs:

  • Department of Defense Form DD214, indicating an honorable discharge
  • Valid retired military ID
  • Current AMVETS membership card
  • Veteran designated driver’s license
  • Veteran Health Insurance card (VHIC)

We hope this information helps and we'd like to thank you for your service!

I am a Honorably Discharged Veteran.  I have ATT Cell service, ATT fiber internet, DirectTV. All which came with a $15 monthly discount. After hours of runaround on 8 different phone numbers I can find no one who will honor the veterans discounts I was promised in writing on the contract that I signed on August 4th 2019. Can you help???

@Tekton2000 What cell phone plan do you have? There is no $15 discount for cellular. The military discount for cellular is either 15% or 25%, depending on what plan you have. The $15 discount for internet and Directv is only if you have an Unlimited & More plan. Those discounts were discontinued at the end of August but if you signed up Aug 4th and have a qualifying Cellular plan, you should still get them.
