Military Restoral/Reactivation

Just got back from a deployment. I understand that with the current COVID situation they may not be working as much hours, but it's been two days since I sent the military support team an email to reactivate my phone. The only message I got was an automated email with my case number and that I should receive an email after it has been completed. All I really want to know is if someone is actually working on it and when I should be expecting it to be done?
