Update Military ID
hello, we recently upgraded the phones on our plan and received a notification that we need to update our eligibility for the military discount on our bill.
I've searched high and low through the app and see no way to do this.
I do not want to go into a store if I don't have to.
Can I upload a photo of my ID and renew my discount on my own?

Signing up online requires you to sign up with a .mil email address. If you can't sign up using that method, then you do need to visit a local, corporate AT&T store with your valid military ID or current paystub; or spouses of active duty personnel can sign up at the store with a Dept of Defense sponsorship card. Many AT&T stores are offering contactless, curbside service.
