Military discount
So we got our phones, changed plans and our first bill reflected our auto pay discount but nothing about our military discount. We got phones at apple store but when we were done went across to the ATT store with hubbys DD214 (because unable to do that online) for proof of service and the employee put in all the info but we saw nothing on our bill(our first since upgrading). When we were done at the store we got text message as what was done at ATT store that day but no mention of military discount.
I know from other posts the discount shows up pretty quickly and that there are codes for different branches of the service but I see nothing. Can someone let me know what to look for on my bill, where that info is located and wether I need to wait for another months bill of wether we need to go back into a store with his DD214?
PS: He is a Navy veteran

You should see the discount on each line. On my bill, it’s listed as “Discount for Military Appeciation”. Is your husband the account owner? To get the discount, the military member must be the account owner.

Also, when I log into my account from a web browser, not the MyATT app and view my profile, it says US Air Force Member. If the discount code has actually been applied to the account, you should see US Navy Member.

Top right hand of my bill has my Foundation Account Number (FAN). Codes for each branch of service and veterans listed below.
FAN Codes:
Air Force -2421652
Army – 2421660
Navy – 2421954
Marines – 2421958
Coast Guard – 2422480
Veteran – 4085530
