I have sent IN my military ID TWICE online using the request for military discount. Both times were around the 1st FEB. And middle of FEB. Still have not received discount

This forum is not customer support. No one here can apply the discount. If online submission isn’t working, present your id at an ATT corporate store. That’s how I got my discount applied, it took about 5 minutes and my military discount was on my next bill. You can also escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
