Military Discount

I called earlier today and was told none of your internet options would be available at our location, only tv. Apparently houghs net and hotspots are the only internet option in our complex. I was considering a hotspot with the max data plan, and would prefer to prepay via autopay. I wanted to make sure the veteran discount would apply to this.

I believe military/veteran discounts are only for cell service

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

I believe the OP is talking about cellular service, specifically a hotspot device on cellular. I do not believe a military discount is available on any data only plan. It is definitely not available on any prepaid plan and I’m not aware of any data only postpaid plans except wireless home internet and I know there is no military discount offered on that.
