Military discount

When I signed up for direct tv they said there was a military discount and I have received it. Do you know what I need and where I send it to?

Where do you send what? If you are already receiving the military discount on Directv, there is nothing more to do. However, the military discount for Directv was discontinued last year and getting that discount required having an eligible unlimited data wireless plan. When did you sign up and do you have an eligible wireless plan? If you have an eligible wireless plan and you have the military discount applied to that plan, the discount on Directv should be automatic provided the wireless and Direcv accounts are under the same name and address.

I signed up mid last year and they quoted me with a military discount and paperless billing it would take off $15 from my monthly bill. If I can’t get it it’s fine but I thought I would try since it was offered when I signed up. As far as where I would send what I was wondering what was needed like my current LES, orders, or whatever was needed for proof af service.

Once again, you only get the Directv military discount if you have a qualifying wireless plan with the military discount on that plan. If you have wireless, the way to get the discount on the wireless plan is to present your proof of service at an ATT corporate store.
