Military Discount

Have been to the Store twice, and talked with a AT&T Rep at Military Charity 5K and they all said my Discount had been updated, but as of today it still is not showing up on my bill so my account I have missed out on aprox 126 Dollars in Discounts over the the last 3 months.  I just went on to the website and it says (opps there was a problem and to try back later or go to a store)  Really!  How many times do you have to prove you are a Retired AF Vet to get the discount to show up on your bill?

Hi,

 

We wanted to post the solution just in case others with the same issue came across this thread. It can take up to three billing cycles before the credits kick in. Afterwards, the full discount will show up deducted from the shared data plan charges and device access charges.

I agree, this issue is not solved. I have been told by numerous representatives at the various At&t stores that unless I have a bundled package of 3 I am not eligible for any discounts. According to the numerous reps I must have the highest cell phone plan + Uverse/Directv + Fiber Internet.

@Psycomac Then all of those reps are wrong. There is no such requirement. Read the response on your other post. Hopefully, I’ve explained it clearly.
