international plan

Could someone please help me to re-add the international plan to our phones? Our son is deployed and last time I was able to add a plan to our phones so he could call us when he was close to land. I do not want the day pass plan, that limits when we can talk to him, since we never know when he will be in port.

Why would you not want the day pass plan, that’s the perfect plan. It only charges the daily charge when used. The other plan is monthly, so you’re paying for it even when he’s not in port. In any event, this forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. If you can’t figure out how to add whatever international plan you want to his line yourself, you need to call. It’s really pretty easy, though. Log into your account, select his line, select the international plan you want and add it. I’m sure you can also find step by step instructions online at att.com/international.
