Cannot get my Veteran Discount
I enrolled in AT&T a year ago. I started by enrolling with the firefighter discount, that did not work and I could not get anyone on the phone with me to apply the discount because of Covid, or so says every support person I have talked to. So we opted to send in the DD214 via online because the loyalty department said they would accept it because again, Covid. And nothing.... I am back online with an agent the past 2 days, I have also spent about 4 hours in 2 months on the phone. This does not include the hours I have been on the phone with AT&T prior to the last 2 months. AT&T says they will take care of it or to be patient because of the pandemic but it has been a year and they are not doing what they say.
I am tired of being on the phone with agents to try and get someone to do what they say they will do. I am tired of asking AT&T to do what they have promised over and over again that they would do.
