Great.  Yeah its the biggest plan they offer... they had to order my phone and ship it to me but it hasn't  shipped  yet  so  I don't have to worry about it (just bought it yesterday)

To qualify for our trade-in promotions, you do have to be on an unlimited plan. With this specific offer, it's asking to trade-in any Galaxy device. 

@formerlyknownas provided you with great information! Just to add, after you receive your new device, we’ll ship a prepaid mailing kit for your trade-in (kit arrives about 10 business days after your new device).

Use the kit to mail us your trade-in device. We’ll update you on your trade-in status via email and text.

Also, when dropping off your trade-in device, it's always best to get your receipt and hold on to it with your tracking number. 

Please keep in mind that trade-in credits can take up to 3 billing cycles before you see it reflect on your account.
