About ready to leave after 22 years
I've been a member of AT&T Wireless since the Craig McCaw days, I've seen you all through the pains of Seibel, and other systems, helped Janet Kerns get enterprise security deployed. I feel like we just got the "royal upsell" from one of your retention specialists during a recent account review, where we really didn't need everything we got, and some stuff we got, we didn't even get! Well one of the things we got was a military discount as I'm a USAF Vet. Only problem is I've tried every which way to upload my documents, but I can't. Two different computers, different browsers (even private mode as I was told), with and without a VPN. I need an email address to send these documents to, but can't find one. The link I've been sent (two times now) just doesn't work. I've tried a .jpg and a .png, both of the correct size and format. It's worth a good discount, so I don't want to lose this. If I can't sort it out, I'm sure a competitor will. My consultants and I helped put this network together, so I have a fierce loyalty to it, but that only goes so far..... Please help.

This is a customer populated forum only, not AT&T Support, so there is very little that can be done here other than offer some advice. Threatening to cancel or drop names doesn't mean much.

Best way to get your military discount applied is to take your documentation to an ATT corporate store. The upload process has always had issues.

Just uber frustrated at this point. Did a Google Search and it brought me to this page. My search told me many ATT Employees hung out here, so I was hoping to hook one.
Sorry if I offended you Otto, if only you offered good advice like the Sandblaster there. Thank you very much!!

@llegnon You didn't offend me. You received the advice that I mentioned you might get. I've never dealt with military discounts so had no advice to give.

FYI, unless you left out a part of your history, you've been a customer of the current AT&T since the old AT&T wireless was bought by SBC in 2005.
