When will AT&T Watch TV Work?
I spent almost two hours over the course of 2 days working with AT&T Chat Reps to set up the Watch TV service.
I was never asked which service I wanted; I don't see a way to make that choice on your website.
I tried to access the website using Chrome on Friday - no guide, no way to watch TV AT ALL.
I then tried to use the app on my phone. Again, no guide and no way to watch TV.
None of the shows listed as "Featured Shows" would pull up, either.
I don't see the point in this service. I switch from HBO For Life for this service and I now really regret it.
I want to know when this will be fixed.
Also, why didn't you just offer something in conjunction with DirecTV Now? At least that works.
