Error Message when trying to log in to HBO Go on Apple TV or iPad

Hi there! I had access to HBO Go until recently. I went to log in and it makes go back to activate the account. I get the attached error message. Screen Shot 2018-12-16 at 8.08.19 PM.jpg

Hi @gjustg

Let's get you back to enjoying your HBO service. We recently made a change to the way you sign in. You will need to sign in using your AT&T User ID and will need to choose your provider again.

Let us know if you have already done that, and at what point you get the provided error message. Also, let us know what service(s) you have (DIRECTV NOW, WatchTV, Unlimited Plus, or &More Premium).

Hi Greg!

I get the code from AppleTV and go to hbogo.com/activate to enter it. I log in through DirectTV Now with my AT&T account credentials when I get this error message. Is that what I should be doing?

Hi Greg- I found the solve. I had to create a new log in and I now have access again. Thank you!
