ATT Watch TV Master Thread

Please post here all resolutions that have failed or succeeded in trying to use the Watch TV App.


Here is my experience - tried with 4 different CS Reps who failed in getting me to log in to watch tv. I get the famous Oops something went wrong error code.


Anyone else?

We'd love to help! To start, if your WATCH TV account is associated with your AT&T cell phone service, ensure you have completed the verification steps.


If you're still unable to sign in, please delete and reinstall the app and be sure to power-cycle your device after doing so. Let us know if this helps!
