I renegotiated my contract. No change in what I have other than the price.   Once the order completed I now have no internet phone or tv service.  Tech support insists it is an equipment issue.   I am convinced it is an activation issue.  So I tried streaming something with my app on another Wi-Fi.

Evidently with a DVR, the connection to the Gateway must be copper. The problem arises when there is no nice way to get copper to the wall where the TV-1 is located.. Is it possible to have the DVR ( or THDVR )setting next the Gateway and the DVR outputs not connected. ? The DVR would be controlle
