Help how can I get my international roaming turned on I am in Rome and cannot contact ATT

I cannot get service while traveling international. I turned on roaming but it still says “no service”.  I should have a plan that allows for data and phone calls for $10/day for each day used. iPhone 7.

Hello, I have been paying for the international day pass services for a while now. Unfortunately it only allows me to text but no internet. It was explained to me that I would be able to use my unlimited plan while here. I cannot use google, maps, or even send/receive photos. Please help me!
