I was charged twice. Can I have the second charge returned?

I have an att prepaid plan that set for auto pay. I didn't have enough money in my account an the day for it normally to be paid. I paid it with a different card this morning, later in the afternoon the system collects another 66 dollars. Might I be returned the second payment?
