My plan of 5 years was mangled after 3 store employees failed to help me with my request and inflated my bill outrageously, please help.

December 5th - my husband and I switched from Sprint to AT&T. We upgraded our phones and purchased one for our son, and added a line for him. 3 new phones. Mine was available in store. 2 had to be ordered. The store manager told us his system showed that one phone would be delivered in a few day

Missing Texts

Yesterday I lost a chunk of text messages from my iPhone. Everyone who texted me at around 5PM had their entire history erased. I tried PhoneRecovery, going under settings and toggling iMessages on/off, restoring my phone from iCloud. Nothing is working. HELP! There is something crucial I need.

Can't Access Unlock Code Site - "Bad Time - Fixing an Issue" Error
