How to increase number of rings before answering service picks up.

I have a wireless home phone system.  It picks up on 3 rings and sends to voice mail.  I need it to pick up on 6 to 7 rings.  Can not seem to change this.(This is not a Cell Phone.  I plug my home phone into a wireless box and get phone service.)
