DVR and HG acting up

I'm having an issue where my vip1216 DVR keeps going into a reboot loop.  When it gets stuck I do a factory reset (losing all my DVR data) and it begins working again, but this sems to be going on every couple weeks, done it 3 times already...I've also noticed that my voice quality on the viop lines

Have 3 DVR Boxes, only one works and that one is flaky and must be reset often
