Will Galaxy Note III (US Cellular) work on AT&T GSM?

Phone: Galaxy Note III (US Cellular) I am wanting to know if unlocking this device will allow it work on AT&T GSM network. I have heard that it will work and I have heard that it will not work. I want clarification before the US Cellular people say 'no' just to keep me as a customer. 😉 Thanks.
