Cannot move DVRS to 3rd party router
3801HGV, 5 available static IPS. Can they be moved to a 3rd party router? I installed an ASUS RT-AC68U to free up the static IPs, but the tv playing freezes every 30 seconds, change the channel, plays/freezes, etc.

Bonded pair 32/5 profile. line 1 retrains ~50 times/24h, line 2 no retrains
To start with: I've thus far had 3 inside techs, and 1 outside tech visit regarding this issue. The inside techs claimed the line from crossbox to remote terminal to be garbage because it uses lead, put in some sort of ticket, and that's the last I heard of it. The 3rd one put in for the outside
