Lost tracking number for prepaid return label
I returned an iPhone XR I ordered as an upgrade and I lost the tracking number for the prepaid label. I have called bu the customer service agent says they are not able to help me. When the return labels are created is there not a notation on the order for the return label? I am not sure what to do.
