Set Top Box Whirring Fan Noise Will Not Turn Off - Cisco ISB7500
The Cisco IP TV Receiver ISB7500 (set top box) makes a noise from the fan when turned off. The green Link indicator light stays on when the set top box is turned off. Is this a defect in the peripheral? Model: Cisco ISB7500
