AT&T address book will not synchronize, incorrect access point

I recently got a Samsung Rugby 3 phone, and I setup the AT&T address book on it, and created an account online at the AT&T website.  Then I created one contact online, as a test. When I press the synchronize now on the phone, I get the error message " In correct Access Point" and then nothing happen
