ATT finally upgraded our neighborhood out of DSL and I recently upgraded to 300 Mbps. Its been about a week and I cannot find a way to get our desktop to be above 10-14 on download, despite over 300 on upload (per speedtest.net). Its connected via Cat-6 cable to the router sitting next to it. I can
