Live Chat Closes an Hour Before Actual Close?
I am unsure whoever regulates customer service issues at ATT. However, if ATT places a "Chat with AT&T" button and prints acceptable hours at least have the common courtesy to abide by the terms of your own services. It is utterly ridiculous and sloppy to post various closed messages (
