Can't connect to game server (Path of Exile) PC. Bad AT&T Path/Route and Hops, 75-100% Packet Loss!

How can we get good business tech support for routing issues?

We have two Gigapower business accounts that have tremendous packet loss on port 22. YouTube low bitrate

So I have AT&T fiber in Edmond, Oklahoma and have been having buffering issues with YouTube randomly. After my troubleshooting I believe it may be a routing issue.   The top server route I have no issues with but the bottom one only gets around 500Kbps. Multiple speed test prove my connect

No Youtube for you, low Youtube bit rate #2
