Can't connect to game server (Path of Exile) PC. Bad AT&T Path/Route and Hops, 75-100% Packet Loss!

ROUTING ISSUES?? PLEASE HELP!!

How can we get good business tech support for routing issues?

We have two Gigapower business accounts that have tremendous packet loss on port 22. I have called AT&T numerous times, but all of my requests to escalate the ticket are denied.  How can I get GOOD tech support? I am ready to cancel all of my AT&T business accounts over this - I am pretty frustrated

Add Static routes to U-Verse Gateway

No Youtube for you, low Youtube bit rate #2

YouTube low bitrate

So I have AT&T fiber in Edmond, Oklahoma and have been having buffering issues with YouTube randomly. After my troubleshooting I believe it may be a routing issue.   The top server route I have no issues with but the bottom one only gets around 500Kbps. Multiple speed test prove my connect
