Setting up IP Passthrough for Asus Router RT-AX55

I'm attempting to set up a new router (Asus RT-AX55) to replace the crappy one that AT&T provides. I see that I need to setup an IP Passthrough and have found the instructions online, however when I go to 192.168.1.254 I'm not getting the same looking "screen" that the instructions show.

I know the new Fiber setups come with a single modem/router but hypothetically if I had my own modem/router that was up to par with the needs for the fiber line, would I be able to receive a lesser price? The price for the equipment is included in the price so I would assume at the very least a $10

When I log into my gateway I can devices connected to the 2.4GHz but nothing is connected to the 5GHz.
