I recieved a new phone 7-22-16. We lowered out usage from 25 to 15 mb. We are already getting noticed that we have used 90% of our alotted time, but in fact should have 20.80 mb left over from last month. Can you please correct?

why am I not using my rollover data and instead I am paying extra for more data?

In regards to rollover on Mobile Share, am  I correct in thinking that:Bonus data is used first and does NOT rollover. Plan data is used before rollover data.Only plan data rolls over to the next month.So on a 10gb plan if I have 5gb of rollover data from last month and use 11gb, this month it uses

We are on a 6gb family plan, last month we had 9gb available (due to rollover) and only used 6gb but this month the account was back to 6gb. Shouldn't I have the 3gb of unused data on my rollover for a total of 9gb to use this month?

Are wireless rollover minutes applied no matter what time of day call is rec'd or initiated? For example, if I call at noon and have used all of my plan minutes, will my rollover minutes apply?
