I have a current unpaid restoral fee on my account for April 3rd that was charged at least 25 days after. I had paid my account in full on April 27th balance due 0.00 . I look at my bill this month, due tomorrow, to be suprised by a near 2 month old restoral fee.

Upgraded to Uverse In June of this year and I thought it was going to be a simple upgrade to uverse's $34 monthly plan. Just call, ask for the upgrade, and it's done and thats how it was presented by the sales rep over the phone. After a month of seeing my bill show what looked like the right amount
U-verse TV Account
I received a $35 charge for a "restoral fee" but my phone was never suspended. I've never not had service so why am I being charged a restoral fee?Also, why doesn't AT&T have email or text options for contacting them? It's difficult to be sit on hold with them while at work.
