Owned uverse modem bad due to ATT software update. Tech didn't show to replace modem
The owned U-verse modem is now apparently bad due to an ATT software update that was pushed Sunday eve. We called in Monday morning and setup service to have the modem replaced between 4P and 8P (last night) by a tech due to the fact owner is in-capable of replacing herself. Tech called last night
