My iPhone 6 is sending all calls straight to voice mail, without ringing.  I've checked and it is NOT on airplane mode or do not disturb.  I'm running the latest Apple firmware (10.3.1).   I've tried turning the phone off for 10 seconds and then back on.  I have a cellular signal and can make calls.

Really disappointed with the lack of responses to the past posts about incoming call displays not showing up on this phone. Nothing indicates or solves why the phone will not display an incoming call. I have to swipe down on the notification bar and then click that an incoming call is occurring. The
