Transfering current GoPhone number to a Freedom Pop account.

Moving AT&T lines from one account to another.

I'd like to move my parents' AT&T lines from their account (which would then close) onto my line.  I have a Mobile Share Value account.  Can you move an AT&T line from one account to another? It's technically not porting, since it's still in the AT&T ecosystem. And do they have to be out of contract

Will I lose my number at the end of my contract?

I'm currently added onto a family plan but my contract is up on the 1st of September.    I'm planning on changing service to Verizon.   When my contract is up on the 1st, can I wait until the 2nd to go and port my number over or will I automatically lose that number on the 1st?

Strange ethernet behavior on new gateway
